can't see Patients treatments

I have been unable to click on patients to send nurse or see what treatment they need in beds or in rooms. I am running Internet explorer 9. started having the problem Saturday Feb 16th. can this be fixed, is there a bug in the game? My user name is deesjunk and used ID 21060998.

Hi deesjunk,

since as you describe you cannot click anything at all, this does sound like a cookies/cache error. Can you please try the following?

First log out of the game:
- Internet Explorer:

1. Choose the menu "tools", and select "internet options"

2. Under the heading "general", choose "browsing history", and click the button "delete"

3. Select "temporary internet files" and "Cookies" then click on "delete"

4. Save your settings by clicking on "OK", then restart your browser.
Now log back in. Can you play as before?

This did not work. I still can't see patients illness when they are in rooms or beds nor can i send nurse, exchange or refer patients.

1. Did you always use the same internet connection?

2. You are saying you've been experiencing these issues since February 16th. Everything was absolutely fine before that day? And this happens all the time now?
